Meeting and Event Services

DMS Staff will work closely with your company to provide any or all of the following services:
Conference Planning and Management:
- Prepare and monitor on-going conference budget
- Hotel site research, inspection, and contract negotiation
- Arrange for speakers and any transportation, lodging, or equipment needs.
- Develop and distribute marketing, registration, and programs materials for prospective attendees and sponsors
- Process all meeting, sponsor, and exhibitor registrations
- Oversee on-site coordination of meeting/event including preconference planning, meal selection, room arrangements, onsite registration, speaker arrangement facilitation, exhibit hall management, hotel liaison
- Prepare all on-site materials including: name badges, program handouts, meeting signs, and evaluations
- Perform post-convention follow-up, including reviewing billing statements, payment of all expenses, and summarizing all evaluations
