Molly Stormer

Molly joined the DMS team in May of 2017 as the Administrative Assistant and has since taken on the role as the Director of Operations. Although she no longer works on clients, she volunteers her time serving on the Board of Directors for Iowa Society of Association Executives and Tiger Tots Childcare Center.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking, camping and exploring the outdoors. Her most memorable and eye-opening experience was while studying abroad in India.

Anywhere with water! I'll take a lake or a beach. There's just something about sitting by water that is just so relaxing on vacation.

What I Enjoy About My Job

I love that I am able to work with a diverse group of people who are all working towards the same goal. Everyone brings different talents and areas of expertise to the table and we are able to make great things happen! I appreciate that every day is so different; it keeps me on my toes!
