Paulette graduated from Graceland University with a BA in Business Administration. Her history includes 12 years as a Marketing and Office Coordinator for an insurance agency, Event Planner for the Community Mental Health Centers Association, and Event Planner and Office Coordinator for the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association. When not at her kids’ activities, Paulette enjoys golfing, going to the gym and considers herself to be somewhat of a “foodie”.

I have never worked for a company that empowers and appreciates their staff as much as DMS does. I enjoy the variety of tasks in my daily work. I love supporting the AFAUSSS and ATFA members, as I am grateful for what they have done and are currently doing for our country. Having 2 kids in public schools, I appreciate the role of the school counselor and enjoy organizing the sponsors for their annual conference.
