Benefits Through DMS

Medical

DMS sponsors medical plan options that provide 100% coverage for preventive care services such as routine exams, well‐children visits and cancer screenings. DMS funds 78% of the premium cost for Employee-Only coverage, regardless of plan selected, and employees will fund 22% of the remaining premium cost.

Vision

Our plan covers routine eye exams and other procedures and provides specified dollar amounts or discounts for the purchase of eyeglasses and contact lenses. We are partnered with the EyeMed provider network through our relationship with Delta Dental of Iowa.

Dental

DMS partners with Delta Dental of Iowa. This plan includes 100% coverage on preventative services, such as exams, cleanings, x-rays and includes a robust provider network for you to choose from.

Disability Policies

At DMS, we want to do everything we can to protect you and your family. That’s why we provide and pay for both short and long‐term disability for all full‐time employees.

401k Plan

Employees may participate in DMS's 401k plan at hiring. After a 1 year waiting period, DMS will match the employee contribution up to 6%!

Life Insurance

DMS provides full‐time employees (at no additional cost) with term group life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance equal to the amount of your annual earnings.

Flex Accounts

Pre‐tax plans are a great way to save money and budget for qualified medical expenses and child care. Any money in your HSA is carried over year‐to‐year and the money belongs to you even if you leave employment.

Time Off

Because of our people first approach, we've established even more workplace perks for our employees, including: volunteer time off, PTO + 10 paid holidays + birthday, holiday late start, daily self care breaks, and summer hours.

Additional Benefits
