Jeana joined DMS in 2020, bringing over 12 years of experience in Chamber of Commerce leadership. She is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management, earning her IOM designation, and a graduate of Lead DSM Community Connect. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications with a Public Relations emphasis from Iowa State University with minors in Speech Communications and Sociology.

Outside of work, Jeana enjoys lake days with her family, cheering loudly for the Iowa State Cyclones, exploring new places, staying active and getting lost in a great book, preferably with a large cup of coffee in hand.

What I love most about working at DMS is the incredible diversity of clients I get to work with and the meaningful connections I’ve built with people around the world. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, making the work both dynamic and rewarding. I also appreciate the supportive leadership and collaborative culture at DMS, where we work hard, but always find ways to have fun along the way.
