Jenna is a dedicated nonprofit professional with a passion to make a positive impact each day. She is a University of Northern Iowa graduate with a BA in Youth & Human Services and proudly holds a Masters in Nonprofit Management.  Before joining DMS, Jenna built her career in youth serving nonprofit organizations, specializing in volunteer and member engagement.

Outside of work, Jenna loves exploring nature trails with her family, getting swept up in a good book, leading her girl scout troop, and studying astrology.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is guiding members through their member journey and helping them feel supported and engaged. I enjoy working with a variety of engaged and passionate groups, continually striving to understanding their needs and helping them to create meaningful connections.
