LeAnn began her career in association management at Smith, Bucklin & Associates in Chicago, where she worked in the Convention and Trade Show Division, immediately after graduating college. In 2001, she joined Diversified Management Services, serving as meeting planner, on administrative teams, and as account executive. She has served as IT Director since 2009.

A graduate of Knox College, LeAnn has completed the ISAE Leadership Program and NTEN Certified Nonprofit Technology Professional Program. She has also earned Joomla! and multiple Apple certifications.

LeAnn has lived in several cities in the US and in England. After spending some time in suburban Des Moines, and on a small farm in rural Iowa, she and her husband are now city dwellers. Her personal interests include cooking, learning to play guitar, entertaining friends, and trying new restaurants with her grown children and husband.

As my career has progressed, my professional interests have evolved. I now enjoy a leadership and strategic role that drives meaningful growth for both our clients and the company. What I appreciate most is how my technology position allows me to collaborate across every team and serve as a valuable resource to our entire organization.
